Any service(s) will require a deposit to secure the slot. We do not hold on the slots for you without any deposit.

In every services, there will be a form at the bottom of the page. Except for "Kompang" which have a dedicated form field.

Can my deposit be refunded?
The answer is, "NO" you can not. Please read our terms & conditions before making any payment. Our terms & conditions may change at the time of the deposit made.
When do i make the final payment?
Some services require(s) second payment. We will guide through you via e-mail on how to make payment depending on the services you chose. Usually, final payment is made via cash after the end of the service.
I have lost track my invoice. what should i do?
We encourage you to save your own copy. If so, try search our e-mail "syabab@live.com.sg" in your Inbox. If not, do send us a new enquire with the e-mail you have used to enquire us.
How do i know if my slot/date is reserved?
After making the deposit, we will ALWAYS issue you an invoice stating all the details.

I want to make change(s) in my current booking.
You can change your details only ONCE free of charge, your second change afterwards will have SGD 25 change fee.

How much is the deposit for kompang?
Our deposit is SGD 200 for Kompang (Fusion) and Kompang (Legacy). The final payment will be made by CASH on the event date itself.
How much is the deposit for entertainment packages?
For entertainment package deals, a deposit of 30% is required. 2nd payment of 50% is needed 1 month before the event date and the final payment of 20% is required.
How do i cancel bookings?
You can e-mail us via replying to the conversation you have with us, every service(s) have different policies on cancellation, please read our T&C to understand the cancellation processes for each services.
