The situation has no concrete measures on what will be ease out in the next phase of relaxation by the government. Not until the next announcement.
As of TODAY, at the time of this post, we are still not able to perform. we will tell you why later during the post. You can always read up on what services are able to cater during a wedding reception to take place by clicking the link https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg/faq/sectorspecific/marriage
This link provides over 50 pointers of what is allowed and what are the procedures should you comply if you want to host a wedding reception. A full guide on the new implemented regulations is also can be found in the link.
"Kompang" is still not allowed.
Above is a screen shot from the link we have mentioned previously.
Under "Other wedding activities", pointer number 22. It states clearly that live performances OR activities involving singing or shouting are not permitted. This also means that even we are playing the instruments only is not allowed as it falls under "live performances".
Which is very much reflected for a kompang performance should take place.

3 things to take note.
Number 1, if your wedding date is a few months away, you may still reserve your slot by making a deposit. In the event which your date falls on the period which live performances is till not allowed, we will return your deposit.
Number 2, take this period as an advantage for your future financial planning and focus more on post-wedding expenses.
Finally, give yourself time to take a break, have a walk and ease your mind out to optimise your planning and what nots. We wish all future couples out there a great experience before and after marriage.
