Kumpulan Kompang Syabab (Syabab 1428, Teamsyabab, As-Syurafaa' & NurusSyabab)
a) A deposit of SGD 200 (SGD 100 for NurusySyabab) is required to secure one event on one given period of time. b) 80% of the deposit amount is refunded 12 months before the event date. b.1) 70% of the deposit amount can be refund within 6 to 11 months before the event date. b.2) 45% of the deposit amount can be refund within 3 to 5 months before the event date. b.3) No refund for cancellation within 1 to 3 months before the event date. c) Do provide accurate details of timing and full address location which we are needed to start the entourage. c) We are able to change detail(s) once invoice is issued out for only ONE time. d) If you require to change detail(s) for the second time it will require a fee of SGD 50 per change. e) The balance amount is need to be made by CASHon the event date, after the entourage.
a) Our performance consists of ONLY religious songs. (Nasyeeds) b) We are unable to cater song requests not of our own. c) Our performance set-play is non-interchangeable. d) No changes of time or additional performance will be entertained 1 week before the event.
a) All packages have a duration of 3 hours throughout the entourage. An extra hour will be charged at SGD 150 per hour as at 2(d). b) For two way package, journey time is excluded. c) Clients are able to claim SGD 100 of the team arrives 1 hour late from the stated time. d) Non-peaks (e.g Dinner during weekends, weekdays whole day) will have different base price.
4. Time slot
a) Weekdays performance will have a surcharge including public holidays that falls on weekdays. b) Weekends performance after 5pm will have a surcharge. c) Other time slots will be at normal rates.
1. Bookings & Payment
a) A deposit of SGD 150 is required to secure the date. b) On top of the deposit, a full payment is required 1 week before the event. c) Once full payment is made, our POC which is the driver will contact you. d) We reserve the rights to discontinue if no full payment is made. e) Deposit of SGD 150 will be returned if no excess hours used within 7 days after your event. f) Our vehicles are not able to display any form of decoration. g) Once deposit or full payment has been received all cancellation, there will be no refund. h) Change of date after deposit made will incur an SGD 50 change fee.
2. Costs & Insurance
a) Petrol is included in the price rate. b) Cash-card and parking is included in the price rate. c) Our vehicles are commercially insured.
a) A deposit of 50% of total amount is required for booking. b) Full payment is required after agreeing on the mock-up. b) Deposit and payments made is non-refundable. c) We reserve the rights to discontinue the service if no full payment is made 7 days after mock up sent. d) Orders must be placed 4 months before actual date. e) For orders less than 4 months to actual date, please contact us. Decision will be made based on stock availability and also closeness to date. f) Price is fixed on the date deposit has been made.
a) A deposit of SGD 100 is required. b) Full payment needed to be made by cash anytime from the DJ set-up to the end of the event. b) Deposit made is non-refundable. c) Any changes of dates will subject to SGD 25 per change and also on our availability. e) Submission on itinerary for DJ is required also queue call for the emcee to announce to avoid disappointment. f) We are not responsible for any damages or over crowding that hindrance our emcee or dj capabilities. g) We require only ONE person from you to liase with to avoid double-info and miscommunication.
1. Booking & payment
a) A deposit of 30% of the total amount is needed to secure the date. b) A 2nd payment of 50% is required 1 week before the event date. c) If no 2nd payment is made, there will not be any photographer. d) A 20% final payment is to be made before we deliver the items.
2. Cancellation, changes & refunds
a) All deposit made are non-refundable upon cancellation. b) Any change(s) of details (package, location etc) after the deposit is made will incur an SGD 50 fee. c) Any change(s) of dates will be based on the availability of Capture's photographer d) If no photographer is available for the change date, payment made is non-refundable. e) 60% of the money paid will be refund in an event of a memory card failure.
a) Capture may instruct bride & groom for shots. b) Capture will cover the highlights based on what we have told from our client. c) Capture is not responsible for any late arrivals of other clients, schedule disputes, wrong address given, crowd beyond control, bad weather, disruptions and decorative lights that may reduce the image quality.
4. End-product & aftermarket sales
a) Client must agree on the photo colour tones, exposure, style and edit based on what has been seen in other platforms from Capture. b) Client must agree on the items that will be delivered based on a the respective package chosen. c) All images are to be delivered with .JPEG format that can be use on screen and prints. d) Re-edit images will be available for only the photos you have received @ SGD 100 per 5 photos.
